("NEXUSPHARMALINK," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and processes information about you, whether it directly or indirectly identifies you, alone or in combination with other information we have. Unless otherwise stated, this Policy does not apply to products and services offered by third parties or to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, including any companies with which you may interact through our Site.


It also does not cover professional information (name, position, organization, professional contact information), unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We may charge a reasonable fee for transcribing, reproducing, or transmitting any of your personal information at your request. If applicable, we will notify you in advance of the approximate cost before proceeding with your request.


10.    QUESTIONS, COMMENTS, AND COMPLAINTS


10.1.    COMPLAINT HANDLING


For any complaints regarding your personal or professional information, you may contact our Privacy Officer at the contact information provided at 9.2 .


10.2.    RESPONSE PLAN


In the event of a confidentiality incident that could compromise the security of your personal or professional information, we will implement our response plan, which includes the following steps:
Assess whether a privacy incident has actually occurred;
If an incident is confirmed:


a.    Mobilize the resource persons responsible for managing the incident;
b.    Immediately implement measures to limit the breach of privacy and prevent similar incidents from recurring;
c.    Assess the risk of harm arising from the incident and, where that risk is serious:


i.    Notify the competent government authority in accordance with the law;
ii.    Inform the person concerned;
iii.    Notify any person or organization that may contribute to reducing the risk;


d.    Record the incident in the privacy incident log;
e.    Adjust our internal policies and procedures as necessary.


11.    UPDATING THIS POLICY


This Policy may be amended at any time at our sole discretion without notice. Any amendments will take effect when the amended version is posted on this web page. The "effective date" at the end of this Policy indicates the date on which it was last updated.
